We had the pleasure of renovating a traditional craftsman bungalow in the Park Hill neighborhood that was in need of a major update. The original layout and fixtures were outdated, so we took on the challenge of creating a more functional and modern space while still honoring the home's history. To achieve this, we made some major structural changes while keeping some of the home's original features intact.

One of the most impressive features of the home was its era fireplace, which we made sure to preserve and highlight. We also added plenty of craftsman millwork throughout the home to give it an authentic and cohesive feel. The end result was a beautifully updated home that maintained its historical charm while incorporating modern conveniences and design elements.
